Beserk is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member to join our team part-time! If you're organised, love helping people, and enjoy staying active with packing orders and stock handling, we want to hear from you.

This role is part-time to start, with potential to lead to full-time hours for the right applicant.

🛠️ About the Role:

This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Your time will be split between customer service tasks and warehouse duties, playing a key role in keeping both our customers and operations running smoothly.

🧷 Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
  

• Handle in-store customer pickups and ensure a smooth experience
  

• Respond to customer service emails
  

• Monitor and reply to customer questions via email
  

• Assist customers with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process
  

• Provide general administrative support as needed
  

Warehouse Duties

• Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care
  

• Process incoming stock: unpack, sort, and shelve items
  

• Assist with regular inventory checks and stock management
  

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
  

• Perform general warehouse duties to support day-to-day operations
  
  

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)
  

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  

• Confident with social media and email systems
  

• Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask
  

• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties (lifting, packing, etc.)
  

• A passion for alternative fashion and culture is a big plus!
  

• Shopify experience is an advantage but not required
