Are you passionate about alternative fashion, love working in a dynamic environment, and have a knack for both customer service and hands-on warehouse work?
Beserk is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member to join our team part-time! If you're organised, love helping people, and enjoy staying active with packing orders and stock handling, we want to hear from you.
This role is part-time to start, with potential to lead to full-time hours for the right applicant.
Beserk is Australia’s largest and original online store for alternative fashion, unique accessories, and offbeat lifestyle products. We embrace individuality, inclusivity, and creativity – and we want our team to reflect that too.
This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Your time will be split between customer service tasks and warehouse duties, playing a key role in keeping both our customers and operations running smoothly.
Customer Service
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Handle in-store customer pickups and ensure a smooth experience
Respond to customer service emails
Monitor and reply to customer questions via email
Assist customers with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process
Provide general administrative support as needed
Warehouse Duties
Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care
Process incoming stock: unpack, sort, and shelve items
Assist with regular inventory checks and stock management
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Perform general warehouse duties to support day-to-day operations
Customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Confident with social media and email systems
Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties (lifting, packing, etc.)
A passion for alternative fashion and culture is a big plus!
Shopify experience is an advantage but not required
