International Shipping Update 

With borders starting to open back up we have resumed international shipping to all zones.  Please note there are some delays still being experienced, some more significant than others, which are completely out of our control. UK Shipping Update

We're pleased to confirm that we have been able to recommence shipping to the United Kingdom again.  Some service delays may still be experienced, however backlogs are starting to clear through the UK, so new deliveries should start to move through a lot quicker.

International Shipping Update 

As borders start to re-open and backlogs of parcels start to clear through Australia Post and international customs, we have resumed shipping to United States.  So we are now shipping international orders to New Zealand and United States only. We are continuing to monitor international operations, and will recommence full international postage as things start to go back to normal.

The past few months has seen the world change in the craziest of ways.
At Beserk we have been fortunate enough to be able to continue to operate throughout the COVID-19 situation, just a little differently than “normal”.
We have had to adapt to many changes throughout the last few months, and whilst the COVID-19 situation is starting to stabilise, some operational changes still remain in place. ❤️

International Shipping
Sadly we have disabled international deliveries temporarily, excluding New Zealand. This is due to some couriers ceasing deliveries to some countries, and very lengthy delays still being experienced in others.
New Zealand is still experiencing significant delays, however Australia Post and NZ Post are working to clear backlogs through customs as quickly as possible.

Australian Deliveries
Australia Post are still experiencing delays in processing packages through some areas, so sadly you may still suffer some delays in receiving your orders.  We apologise for any delays experienced that remain out of our control and thank you for your patience!
 
Warehouse Pickups
We have reopened the warehouse for customers to collect orders from us, however in order to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers, we are offering contactless collection, meaning orders are required to either be pre-paid or via EFTPOS, we are not accepting cash payments at this time.
Our change room facilities will remain closed for the moment, however our returns policy remains and customers are welcome to return items that aren’t quite right for them, for either exchange, refund or store credit.
 
Order Cutoff Time
Due to operational changes by Australia Post we had to bring our order cutoff time for same day dispatch forward an hour.  Any orders received by 2pm will be dispatched same day.  Orders placed after this time will be shipped next business day.
 
Office and Warehouse Hours
Our hours of operation have had to change also.  Our Customer Service team are available from 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
