COVID-19 Situation

Everything is changing so rapidly!  But please be assured that our Warehouse is continuing to operate as normal and all orders are still being dispatched each day. We have disabled the pick up option from our site so customers are sadly not able to come and visit us to collect, return or exchange orders.  Our change room facilities are also currently closed.

UPDATE ~ 20th MARCH 2020 ~ 5pm

The world is a very scary place at the moment! With the current COVID-19 crisis in full force and impacting so many across the globe, we wanted to update you on how we are dealing with the developing situation.

The health and well-being of our staff and customers is always our main priority.  Like all other businesses we have put additional measures in place to try & mitigate any exposure and ensure we can remain open.

We are continuing to operate as normal. Our office and warehouse remain open and we are still processing orders as normal.  All orders received before 3pm will still be dispatched same day.

We are sorry but we are NOT allowing Order Collection from our Warehouse until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We have a full returns policy, so if any sizing is incorrect you are still welcome to return them – see our full returns policy HERE

We have also been advised by Australia Post that there are some changes to their delivery methods such as no longer accepting signatures on any parcels to minimise the delivery drivers from risking their health to ensure their ability to continue to provide services to those all over Australia. All Australia Post interruptions and updates can be found HERE 

If the Government orders everyone in to lockdown, our website will remain open and we will still be able to accept orders, however there will be delays on those orders being packed and dispatched which is sadly out of our control. As soon as it is safe to re-open, our warehouse team will be working very hard to send orders out with priority.
