Your Voice Matters: How to Leave a Product Review on Beserk!

That's why we encourage you to leave reviews on our website – it's your chance to share your thoughts, insights, and experiences with fellow beserkers! Leaving a review on our site is super easy and customer friendly! 🖤

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it! - 

1. Navigate to the Product Page: Start by visiting the product page of the item you wish to review. You can browse our extensive collection of products by category/brand or use the search bar to find specific items!

2. Click the Stars (below the product name) or Scroll Down to the Reviews Section: Once you're on the product page, scroll down until you reach the reviews section or click on the stars below the product's name! Here, you'll find feedback from other customers who have purchased and used the product!

3. Click "Write a Review": To leave your own review, simply click on the "Write a Review" button located above existing reviews! This will open a form where you can share your thoughts, experiences and even pictures! 

4. Rate the Product: Start by rating the product using our 5-star rating system! This allows you to provide a quick overview of your overall satisfaction with the product.

5. Write Your Review: Next, it's time to write your review. Share your honest opinions, thoughts, and experiences about the product. Be sure to include details such as the product's quality, performance, and any pros or cons you experienced! Please note that if you believe your item is faulty or have any issues with your item be sure to contact our amazing Customer Service team via email (Orders@beserk.com.au) BEFORE leaving a review so we can fix it up for you! :)) 

6. Add Photos (Optional): If you'd like to enhance your review, you can also upload photos of the product in use! This can provide valuable visual feedback for other Beserkers and help them make informed purchasing decisions!

7. Submit Your Review: Once you've written your review and added any photos, click the "Submit" button to publish it. Your review will then be visible to other shoppers on the product's page!
